The second leg of the Polytrack Challenge and the winner of the first leg Cruise Control is absent. MERCANTOUR completed all three legs last season but was no match for that rival last time out. He can go one place better. It should be noted, though that rival trainer Dean Smith, who trains Cruise Control, sends out talented ALL SYSTEMS GO who is unbeaten in two starts on the surface and is clearly a danger. GUY GIBSON and MR FOX have a few lengths to find on MERCANTOUR but can get involved with the finish. BLACK EGRET also has a place chance.
