S'il n'est pas marqué par sa chute malencontreuse, ce jour-là, il découvre une belle opportunité de reprendre le cours de ses excellentes tentatives, en s'alignant au départ de ce nouveau Groupe I. L'heure de la revanche devrait logiquement sonner !

Encore une fois monté très patiemment, reculant même un peu trop pour aborder la phase finale, le champion de Nicky Henderson a commis la même erreur qu'en dernier lieu à Cheltenham, ne pouvant éviter la chute sur l'avant-dernier obstacle. Quel dommage !
